My Advice For People Living In A Desperate Depression Home
I’m going to share with you a little of what I’ve learned during my years of living in the South Florida area. Filthy Depression home is not as far away as some people think it is. My family lives on a quiet lake right off the Panama City beach in Florida. Our house sits in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the water. We have white picket fences and white picket gates. Everything is very nicely maintained and we are very quiet by nature.
This was home during the depression. It was the first home my wife and I ever bought. We had two small children at the time, my older daughter and my younger son. We loved our home so much we decided to turn it into an Anxiety/Depression Home. It turned out we were just the right people for this job.
Our home provides a great atmosphere for anyone who suffers from severe anxiety or depression. It’s so peaceful and relaxing that we actually like to take vacations when the mood strikes. Our lake is only ten minutes away from the beach so you can take a little stroll and soak in the sun. The only bad thing about our home is the lack of trees on the near side and the lack of flowers.
There are times when we are both anxious and depressed
This happens all the time. One night we had two teenage boys knock on our door. I asked them to please be quiet because I was having a nightmare. They said they were sorry, but it woke me up.
We didn’t talk much that night because we were afraid we would startle the teenagers. I couldn’t get comfortable again and had to sleep on the couch. I felt terrible, but I was glad to be alive. It was nearly 2am when I finally got to my bed.
When I opened my eyes the next morning, the first thing I saw was my cat. My anxiety returned even worse. I quickly cleaned myself up and went back to my pillow. Looking up at the sky I noticed that I could see no more clouds than usual.
That night, as I lay there trying to sleep, I heard the kids downstairs making fun of my “disease”. I ignored them and they kept calling me “Mama” over again. Suddenly, I realized that it wasn’t my imagination that they were saying these things. This made me very happy as one can feel the joy of cleansing with filthiness.
The next day I took a walk in the garden. As I walked along I began to feel a great deal better. Now I have more energy and I am better able to think clearly. It took me a while, but I have now been feeling positive for several years.
This sort of thing can’t be sustained
It requires constant support from others. You have to understand that depression is not your fault. It is normal to feel bad on occasion. However, if you find yourself feeling depressed all the time or excessively, then you are suffering from depression.
I don’t know why life makes you feel so horrible and it’s always hard to find something good to smile about. My advice would be to get rid of the sadness and find something that brings you happiness. My favorite remedy for this sort of depression is to go out into nature and clean up my garden. I love to walk through my yard and give my self-esteem a boost.
I also try to talk to people and express my feelings. If you are able to do this then you are well on your way to being happy again. Talking with people who are going through the same thing as you will help you understand where you are going wrong and how you can stop it.
The more you feel anxious, the worse you will feel. This is a vicious cycle that you must break. Find a hobby that will make you happy. Clean your house, take deep breaths when needed and exercise.
