Please pay attention to the terms and conditions below before contracting any tour with DigitalGuruTours.com. Every user of our services is automatically obliged to the terms mentioned below.
1. Booking & Payment
To confirm your booking a minimum deposit is required (typically 30%-50%). As indicated in the policy of the package, full payment must be made prior to the commencement of the trip.
2. Pricing
Prices are charged for each individual in a group unless stated otherwise. Pricing is subject to change due to seasonal demand, available hotels, and other factors beyond our control.
3. Inclusions & Exclusions
Only services explicitly mentioned in the package details are included. Typical exclusions are airfare, personal purchases, entry fees, meals, and activities not specified in the itinerary.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations under this schedule will incur allowance-based charges, may vary by package. Refunds may take between 10 and 30 days subject to approval.
5. Changes & Amendments
Modification requests, like changing an itinerary or date, will be considered, provided they do not conflict with pre-set guidelines and availability. Such modifcations may incur extra expenses.
Changes made to the set itinerary shall be digital or analog to the extent that the safety of the client and other clients or forces beyond ones control make it necessary.
6. Travel Documents
The responsibility of holding valid ID, necessary passport (in case of visiting foreign countries), and all other necessary documents lie with the guests.
DGT assumes no risk or loses incured out of improper documentation , boarding or entering without due entitlement.
7. Liability
Cautions are taken and none unoudned, DigitalGuruTours incurs all loss or damages of personal injuries, baggage, or belongings due to the acts of god, strikes, accidents and other unnatural occurrences or events which can’t be avoided.
8. Behavior & Conduct
Tour members who misbehave while on a journey may be expelled from the tour against their will. Criminal and socially unacceptable acts make a person fall within this category.
In these cases no reimbursement will be provided.
9. Use of Media
By joining the trip, you permit us to take your images and or videos, if taken during the tour, to be used by us for publicity work unless otherwise communicated to DigitalGuruTours in writing.
10. Governing Law
The aforementioned terms are governed under Indian Law. Any Issues will fall under the appropriate court’s jurisdiction.
